Costs & pricing basis

Out-of-pocket maximum

The most you'll pay in a year for covered care — once you hit it, your plan pays 100% of covered costs for the rest of the year.

Example

Your plan's out-of-pocket maximum is $6,000. After a hospital stay pushes your year-to-date spending past that, a follow-up $3,000 procedure costs you $0.
